First Sighting!

I’ve been checking out the coupled up geese for weeks, waiting for my first gosling sighting, and this week it finally happened. Look how cute they are!

This year, in order for me to believe the essence of spring is truly on its way, I’ve needed multiple redundant confirmations. Snow melted? Check. Flowers blooming? Check. Leaves on the trees? Check. A few days of T-shirt weather? Check. And now, finally: first goslings? Check.

I think I’m finally ready to accept that spring 2021 won’t be a formality.
